    Good place to share photos, good place to share links, and a good place to keep contacts. It really depends on how you use it.

    Well they are very useful.

    You can socialize with people you never bothered to anyways. You can share stuff you just never would wish to. But you do because everybody else is. So whats the harm right???

    In short its a fun place to hang out in the internet.... :-P
